1.What products does Mingtu Display offer?
We focus on one product line: commercial LCD poster displays and digital signage. Our Z Series includes 32″, 43″, 55″, 75″, 85″, 98″ and 105″ wall-mounted displays, and 75″ /85″ / 98″ floor-standing displays with mobile bases — designed for retail, food & beverage, hospitality, studios and exhibition spaces.
2.Are you a manufacturer or a brand?
Mingtu Display is a brand focused on commercial LCD displays, founded in 2025 in Shenzhen. We define every product — from industrial design and specifications to quality standards — and work with dedicated manufacturing partners in Shenzhen to produce units to our requirements.
3.Do you support customization?
Yes. We offer customization of screen size, stand/wall-mount configuration, branding (logo boot screen, appearance colors), system language, and storage/RAM options depending on the model. Tell us your project requirements and we’ll confirm what’s available for your order quantity.
4.What operating system do your displays use?
Our displays run Android 11.0 (Amlogic Cortex-A55, 2GB RAM + 32GB storage), with built-in content publishing software. You can also install third-party digital signage apps via USB or the built-in app management.
5.Can I update content remotely?
Yes. All displays support WiFi and LAN connection. You can publish images and videos (JPG, PNG, MP4, AVI, MOV and more) to single or multiple screens through the built-in management system.
6.What is your MOQ?
We support sample orders and small trial orders. Contact us with the model and quantity you need — pricing improves with volume.
7.What is your lead time?
Standard models: typically10-15 working days after payment confirmation. Custom configurations: 20-25 working days depending on requirements. Your sales contact will confirm the exact timeline with your order.
8.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union and PayPal for sample and small orders. Payment terms for bulk orders are confirmed per contract.
9.Do you provide after-sales support?
We provide a 1-year warranty on all display models, covering repair services and component replacement. Beyond the warranty period, we continue to offer lifetime technical support, remote troubleshooting and operation guidance at no extra cost.
10.Which certifications do your products have?
Our displays are FCC certified, meeting U.S. market requirements for electromagnetic compatibility. Certification documents are available on request — please ask your sales contact for the test report of the specific model you are purchasing.
11.What scenarios are your displays designed for?
Indoor commercial environments: restaurant menu boards, retail storefronts and windows, hotel lobbies, corporate reception areas, photography studios, galleries and exhibition booths.
12.Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?
We focus on our own Mingtu brand and product line. For large projects, branding customization (logo, appearance, packaging) is available — contact us to discuss your requirements.
